Hear From Some of Our Past Clients
Since my Mother’s death just five months ago, yesterday was one of the hardest days I’d had. Losing a parent is always difficult, no matter what a child’s age. And, having to sell the family home is very difficult under the best of circumstances.
My Mother stayed in her home probably longer than she should have, given the level of her illness. However, after her death, it took me several months to look over her home and make some decisions about repairs she had not made in the last 5 years. This task alone mentally exhausted me.
Finally, one morning on the way to work, the day after I’d made up my mind to have everything simply hauled away for trash and to sell the house, I saw your billboard- and it was as though providence, the universe, God, had put it there for me. I called that moment. This letter is about what took place following that phone call.
You made every step of the process incredibly easy. I believe you have dealt with enough grieving families to be very sensitive to our loss and our needs at the time of selling the family home. Also, sensitive to the lack of energy we experience dealing with the emotional turmoil that takes-place at the time of working with our childhood memories within the walls: you offered to make arrangements to everything hauled so that I didn’t have to deal with it. You offered a truck to help me move last items.
The closing of the house was bumpy as we found a lien against the house no one knew about. Your staff and your wife were supportive and called me daily to make sure I was okay. The title company assisted us in determining the bank had forgotten to remove the lien. Once again, your staff stood with me navigating the waters.
At closing, I sat crying signing the forms, and you showed up (‘just to make sure everything went okay’) and brought me a plant. How more perfect to close on the sale of our family home than with a company and president who is so thoughtful, considerate and professional? I can’t think of anything that would have made this experience any easier for me.
Thank you, staff and thank YOU, Bob DeClue.
Sincerely,
make the necessary repairs to our home in order to sell it on the open market. So, panicked that we would be evicted and living in our car, I got on the Internet and looked up buyers for as-is property. I sent e-mails to many companies regarding the sale of our home completing the on-line forms for each. I received a very prompt call back from you.
Tony made an appointment to visit our home at a convenient time so that he could talk to us and view our home. I found Tony to be knowledgeable, courteous and empathetic to our situation; we talked and he listened to our tale of woe, calmly, asking questions. We showed him our flawed home and he knew right away which path to take. We signed the contract the very same day. Tony gave us an approximate closing date and he was within a day of our final close. This made our move into our apartment easier. Tony met us at the title company to provide additional support and a familiar face – I always am fearful when signing legal documents.
From start to finish, we received courteous, knowledgeable care during a very troubled time in our lives, providing some welcome relief. I would recommend this company to anyone.
Sincerely,
Please accept our very heartfelt “THANK YOU!” for all your help concerning the sale of our property in Lemay, Missouri. This piece of property had been owned by my husband’s parents, both of whom are deceased.
The house was approximately 85 years old and was, to put it mildly, in deplorable condition. My father-in-law refused to let anyone perform any repairs on the house – he felt he could still do it albeit he was 80 years old. Needless to say, there was a hole in the roof and approximately 45 years accumulation of ”junk”. He was a hoarder of everything refusing to throw anything away. We had already spent over $1800 on dumpster rentals to try and clear out the house of this trash. We had about 80% of the first floor done, 75% of the second floor cleared and I simply could not face trying to clean out the basement. My husband is disabled, having had his foot amputated earlier this year so the entire task fell to me.
I called your company and was put in touch with Tony Golaszewski who met me promptly at the specified time. He came to our home four days later and went through the entire procedure required to sell the property. He was very clear and answered all our questions. We were given a fair price considering the state of the property and, music to my ears, we’re told we would not have to clean out anything that was still there. The property would be purchased “as is”. What a Godsend! We signed the contract that day and, on the date specified, closed on the sale with no last minute glitches or problems. Everything went smoothly which I had really not believed could happen. But it did!!!
Thank you for a totally stress-free and very enjoyable experience of selling a mess of a house.
Most sincerely,
I am writing this letter to express my appreciation for your assistance in the purchase of our new home. It is evident that much thought and work went into the rehabilitation of the property to make it a real value. I looked at several properties before making an offer on this one. I appreciated being able to move right in with no renovations necessary on my part. Working with you contributed to the easy, quick, and painless purchase of our new home. I find your marketing skills and dedication to serving your clients to be unmatched.
Thank you for your work, cooperation, and help. I wish you much continued success with your business.
Tony made the whole process very easy and enjoyable and deserves a five star rating. You can be sure we would give a favorable recommendation if needed. Great job!
Sincerely,
I just wanted to take some time to tell you how impressed I have been with one of your employees, Gina.
My son, David Schmidt is purchasing his first home and as we all know, the stress and concern is overwhelming, especially when you have parents and extended family trying to get their two cents worth in.
As a mother, I’ve been working with Gina, trying to make sure that everything goes well and it is a good experience for my son. She has outstanding service and follow up. She really gets it when she says, “I’m working for Dave and I want him to be happy.” Too many times people take time to complain but never the time to pay a compliment I have totally enjoyed working with her and wanted you to know this.
Please extend our thanks to her again for being patient with ALL of us. We are all very excited to begin helping Dave fix up the house.
Sincerely,
Dear Tony,
I am sorry it has taken me so long to write this letter. A lot has been happening with me and my children.
I wanted to write and tell you how impressed I was with all the help you gave us with the selling of my father’s house and property. I feel you were very honest and forthright in all of your dealings with us. Your availability and going out of your way to meet with us was really great.
I have never gone through the selling process of a home before, and Tony, you made things very easy. You explained the whole process and answered all my questions in a way that I completely understood everything that was happening.
I have, and will continue to tell all my friends about the fair and professional treatment I have received from you. As I have said, when I am ready to sell my condo and look for a small house I will call you first.
Again, thanks for all your help.
You seemed to understand my unique situation. I found Tony open to discussion, knowledgeable, and willing to work with me to negotiate a fair price for the home. He always returned my phone calls quickly and if he wasn’t sure about something, he would investigate and get back with me as soon as possible. On one occasion, to make it more convenient for my sister, Tony went out of his way to go to my sister’s home for her signature.
Overall, I found my experience beyond my expectation and is a good solution to someone who finds himself in such a unique situation as I was.
Sincerely,
